Out of site, out of mind.

If preventive roof maintenance is not a part of your annual regimen, disaster could be lurking around the corner.  The first rain of the season tends to carry surface debris to the drainage areas.  If the primary and overflow drainage sources become impeded, water depth can reach catastrophic levels quickly.

Why should I maintain my roof?

The roof system is one of the most expensive assets of any commercial building.  With ever increasing material and labor costs, maintaining this asset should start from year one.  A properly implemented roof maintenance program will not only maximize the anticipated service life, it will also minimize the leaks experienced throughout that life.

I just moved in, why does my roof leak?

Improperly installed and sealed tenant improvement penetrations are often the source of leaks. As new tenants move into your buildings, the roof system should be reviewed at the completion of all construction projects to ensure that any and all new penetrations have been properly sealed.
