Leak Repairs


Our technicians evaluate all reported leaks from inside the building and implement a comprehensive repair scope of work in accordance with their findings. Photographs of the completed work will accompany all invoices. On occasion, additional work is required to ensure a complete watertight condition and a supplemental detailed proposal will be submitted for client approval prior to completion.

Tenant Improvements


A significant cause of reported roof leaks is a result of poorly installed tenant improvement penetrations. Often times, the roof is an after thought of the construction process. We follow repair guidelines as outlined by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), as well as material manufacturers and roofing consultants. Our goal is to stop leaks before they occur.
